Return Policy

Hello! Thank you for being here. We strongly recommend reading our shipping and Return policies to ensure a seamless shopping experience ❤️

Please note-  the policies for our tanks and all other products differ. Kindly refer to the detailed information below.

For all Products (except tank tops)

  • All sales are final, which means we do not accept returns unless there was a mistake we made with your order (including, but not limited to, receiving the wrong item, size, or colour way).
  • At this time, we do not offer any exchanges due to our made-to-order model.
  • Because all of our items are made-to-order, processing begins immediately after you submit payment. Please double-check your sizing and the items in your cart before you check out. Please also make sure to verify you have inputted the correct shipping address.
  • Regardless of shirt size, the art dimensions are the same on all tee sizes XS through XXL.

For Tank Tops 

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in their original packaging to qualify.
  • Exchange couriers need to be sent back by the customer at their own costs. (as we don't charge a delivery fee on any orders)
  • For return, please mail support@daysandays.com with your original order number along with return reason within 7 days of receiving the product.

Note: our products undergo strict quality checks. Any intentional damage or misuse by the customer will not be eligible for exchange.

What if my product has not been delivered?

Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.

What if I received a damaged product?

If you have received the order damaged, misprinted or broken, you need to email us at  support@daysandays.com within 2 days with proper images of the product showing the defect and original packaging. We will ship a new product to you.
