What are my Shipping and Delivery options?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Domestic ( within India ) Shipping:

  • Shipping is free and is delivered in 4-7 working days.
  • You will get automated sms/email updates regarding the status of your order.

International Shipping:

  • Shipping is free and is delivered in 10-15 working days.
  • There may be customs duties to pay on arrival.
  • You will get automated sms/email updates regarding the status of your order.

What if my product has not been delivered?

Please inform us within 24 hours if your parcel shows 'delivered' but you have not received it. Post that we will be unable to address the issue with our courier partners.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchange at the moment. Please be sure of the size. If you need any help with it, feel free to reach out at our instagram handle.

What if I received a damaged product?

If you have received the order damaged, misprinted or broken, you need to email us at support@daysandays.com within 2 days with proper images of the product showing the defect and original packaging. We will ship a new product to you.
